We are a Hong Kong-based quality assurance framework for the development of curricula and assessment in vocational/workplace English, offering an international qualification to course participants through our partner organization, LCCI. Our aim is to work with course providers and employers so that course participants benefit from a focused, 'show what you can do' approach to the development of English language competence.
